The federal and local governments and corporations cooperate and recognize each other more than they recognize humans. They recognize each other because they live for eternity, they cannot be put in jail, and they have lots of money. You don’t. Here is the case of Crandall v Nevada where Nevada tried to charge $1 for everybody who left the state. www.circuitlawyer.8m.com/crandall.htm

The Crandall cases seems pertinent to anybody who might want to depart from the state and does not have money to buy car insurance or registration - - but then interstate rights are also applicable within the state even if you are not departing - so this case applies to everybody so it seems. The Tumey v Ohio case from 1927 says that if a judge makes money only when he finds you guilty then you have been denied Due Process. It is actually more complicated than that. This is a case you can use! Tumey v Ohio from 1927
