4076 How farmers can turn hybrid corn in to homozygous corn and thereby avoid the high cost of seed corn! The theory that I explain here is a corollary to Mendel's laws - but something that farmers obviously don't know. Otherwise they would be growing their own seed corn.

5095 Lawyerdude's list of the best and most liberating decisions of the Supreme Court

5096 History of federal case 00-10510

5097 Lawyerdude's list of the top 10 worst Supreme Court decision.

5098 Actual movie code used in Hollywood by oppressive monopolistic movie producers to oppress us and make us believe corporate capitalist lies!

5099 Motion to continue the demurrer on my ticket for sleeping in my car. I wrote a demurrer including an analysis of similar statutes already ruled unconstitutional. Although I served the district attorney, they did nothing and then at court they pleaded ignorance and the Judge, a former deputy district attorney, said that I should notify the city attorney. Well, the case is in the name of the people of California and they are represented by the district attorney who already appeared once in the case. Who filed the complaint? Well, the answer to that question is interesting. Nobody filed any complaint! This has become the standard procedure in traffic court. The clerk's office sends out a notice but nobody actually files a court complaint. It is unconstitutional.

5122. Comment on Katie Sierra case of November 1, 2001 where she was forbidden to wear a protest tee shirt to school. See Tinker v Des Moines.

Garland, Ex Parte. Lawyering is a natural right!

Nadrich. This guy had a million doses of LSD and did not get disbarred! I ate 1 and got disbarred - hmm . Maybe it was a pretextual disbarment in retaliation for my having sued the bar and the Supreme Court.

Olech v Village of Willowbrook (1998) This is a superbly useful opinion that says that discrimination against even a class of one is unlawful and violative of the equal protection clause. In particular, Olech successfully (upon appeal) argued that the discrimination was based on ill will from when she previously sued the city and won.

Shuttlesworth v Birmingham.Link 5089. 1965. This has the quote "at the whim of any police officer".

Tinker v Des Moines. Right to wear armband in school. Compare to Modern day bad decision in violation of the principle of stare decisis: Katie Sierra was forbidden to wear antiwar tee shirt.

Warnerletter.jpg Having found a mistake in the sheet music for Clair de Lune, I wrote to Warner Brothers. They corrected the mistake, republished the book, and sent me a copy.
